Well, was happy to find the bed I was looking for at the Dump. The rest is terrible. Showed up 30 minutes after their "estimated"delivery to say some parts of hardware missing. No calls in 4 days. Every time I tried to call, they were experiencing technical problems. I left 3 messages. 5 days after someone called to reschedule delivery for today from 3-5. It's 8 pm now and nobody every contacted us.

For sure never going back there. Just hoping to get my money back. Terrible experience.
