On 3rd Dec'07 the High chaparral box set was ordered in time for christmas delivery date 17-19 Dec a new delivery time was sent 21-23 Dec help i thought what if it doesn't arrive, it didn't i had to tell my partner his present was in the post.

When it still did not come i contacted dvd planet to be told it had been sent to the wrong address would i like them to send me another set. Yes please i couldn't get it anywhere else. when would it come, no answer, could i have a refund, Yes would be sent Never arrived and now no answer from them.

I did get a happy holiday wish from them, but my partner still hasn't got his present
