Engine Factory & Machine Shop Lies, Theft and Poor Quality Work is "NORMAL"

I just wanted to send a follow-up email to thank you for the unbelievable customer service I have received before, during and after the purchase of my 383 stroker. From my initial phone call to inquire about purchasing a motor to the follow up phone calls to finalize and custom tailor the motor to what I wanted, Matt answered every question completely. Matt outlined the whole process and assured me everything would be done as per our conversation.

To my surprise everything DID go as Matt said it would, from the pictures of my motor being built, watching it run live on the stand, to the delivery of it. I know I have said this numerous times but my engine purchase had to be one of the easiest purchases I made during the restoration of my 67 Camaro. (Matt, Thanks again for all your help!!)  I would also like to thank you for allowing me to trailer my Camaro down to your production facility in Lebanon, NJ for Jersey boyz (Tim, Brad and Rob) to adjust the timing and carburetor 2 years after it was built.

You have a good group of guys up here, all three jumped right in to help get my engine dialed in perfectly. It now starts, idles and runs amazing. Now I can't wait to finish the restoration and put some miles on it! Please post my email in the customer's letters section as another COMPLETELY SATISFIED customer. I still owe the Jersey Boyz lunch or at least a couple of beers.

WoW!!! First I want to say, JOB WELL DONE!!

I received my 350 and it is GREAT. After my previous fiasco with another company, yes I installed there engine twice. They still couldn't get it right. So I turned to Bruce & Matt at the Engine Factory. Best decision I have made in a long while. I installed it, and she runs like, lets just say "SWEET"

I want to thank all involved in building a fine engine. Now I can finally enjoy my 1971 Chevy Nova!! If your reading this and you have not decided on where to purchase your engine, let me just say, you are already there!   "THE ENGINE FACTORY"

I did a long research with different crate engine companies.  The Engine Factory, Matt and Bruce, is absolutely amazing.

They built  the engine for my needs, I am towing my Harley once in a while. Also when you have questions, they will have an answer for you!

Get the matching March serpentine system also, it not only looks great but works even better. The engine is hot tested and runs right out of the box. Everybody who has seen it so far is just wowed. I wanted a daily driver I can depend on and that is what I got.

This was one of the best decisions I made on the truck!

Dear Bruce,

I purchased a 302 Ford engine for my Cobra Replica from the Engine Factory.  It arrived on time and looked great, everything you had promised.  After installing it, it fired up instantly and ran without a hitch, I was thrilled.  It always started easily, had lots of torque and would move my car along very quickly.  I had it for approximately 18 months and put 3500 trouble free miles on the car, when I ran into some problems.  I was quite upset since my warranty had now expired and I had taken very good care of the engine.  I could not see why this should happen.   Upon tear down of the engine some problems were found and I put the results in an E-Mail which just stated the facts, no demands, no threats.  Within a few hours I received a call from Matt.  We discussed the problem and without hesitation, arguing or blaming he arranged to send me the necessary parts completely at Engine Factories expense.  I was very pleased.  Again only a few hours later he called again and sweetened the deal with some significant upgrades.

I  have dealt with many companies over the years, some good, some bad, but The Engine Factory is exemplary.  To rectify matters so quickly, completely and without quibbling is the mark of a company I can trust and look forward to doing additional business.  They deliver a product of good value, as promised and with a backup once you receive it second to none.

Thanks Engine Factory.com for supplying me with a great engine.  I bought this engine about 4 years ago and it is rock solid.

I have it installed in my "65" Shelby Cobra replica and it sounds & looks great.

What a head snapper when I step on the gas.  I gets lots of positive feedback on this 351W with the polished intake, carb & pulleys.

This engine is the 351W with 400HP that you offer for the Cobra Replicas.

I would recommend it to anyone who has an interest.  In fact I have spread your name around to all that have asked me about the engine.

I have a pic of the engine and the car before it went to the body shop.  It is now out of the shop and looks and drives awesome.

right at the top of your Ripoff report Up comes my company name. this company on your report is not us.

we have been in businessin new jersey for over 42 years and we have a spotless record.

please put yourself in our shoes people search the name on the internet up comes our name under lies, theft and poor quality work. they don't stop to read the small print that this is some garage out in Rancho Cucamonga california it has nothing to do with the Engine Factory in lebanon NJ.

if I was a ripoff artist I probably wouldn't care but there isn't a day that goes by that someone doesn't mistake us for this guy in california. I can only imagine how many dollars have been lost over the years.

The truck was picked up at 1000hrs and at 1430hrs I recieved a call from 'Mike' who stated that it would cost an additional $1005.00, I said ok as the combined cost was about the average cost I had been quoted elsewhere, I was also told the truck would be ready in seven to ten days. On Oct 17th 2000 'Mike' my home as well as paged me to tell me the truck would be ready on Friday the 20th and I should come in and pay in cash by 1700hrs. He again called with the same message on the 18th, 19th as well as paged me at 1000hrs on the 20th, I was working 120 miles away but
