I paid Gary Freeman in Cash to do some flooring on the house the Day before Thanksgiving. When I came home from work that day I noticed that he never finished one of the bedrooms and left a whole bunch of scrap work in the bedrooms. He said he would return the following Friday to finish the work. It has been almost 3 weeks now. I have tried to contact him over a dozen times since that day and he has now resorted to ignoring my phone calls.
