The Garden City Gruop handles the Dispensation of a national class action against a faulty plumbing. product manufacturer: Zurn Pex. Zurn Pex lost the case and a compensation process was created with the Garden City Group as administrator.
My home was plumbed with this product. It has failed totally. I have been trying for two years to get it repaired. My many many phone calls to The GCP are diverted to an computerized information line. This line is ther to initiate the process. I did this two years ago. They have done nothing.
I have filed a complaint with the Arizona State attorney's office (I live in Phoenix).

While you haven't gone into detail exactly how you have been trying for 2 years to go about starting a claim. If you called them, then it doesn't seem like you are doing the correct process.

It states that you can't submit the claim by phone or internet. But it does not only give you a phone number to obtain the claim form, but a link and address you can mail to request one.
If you have filed a claim and haven't heard. It also appears that there are very specific time periods that apply. If you are outside of these periods you won't get compensated.
