I went to The Great Steak in the mall to get some dinner. First they charged me for a small fries (I ordered regular) which I didn't know until I was given my receipt AFTER I signed my charge receipt.
They waited and waited and did everything (including stand around and chit-chat with each other) but make my food (which takes maybe 3 minutes to prepare). After 13 minutes of waiting and seeing other people get their food, I requested a refund. They refused.
I kept waiting and asking, waiting and asking.
After 28 minutes of waiting and being subjected to rude behavior, I finally received my food.
I recommend never visiting this restaurant; I won't be going back. The decent food is not worth the unprofessional behavior and harassment I was subjected to in pursuit of dinner...

I have noticed that when I type in Lynchburg, Va you keep popping up. 1st it was Wal-Mart Wards Rd. you stated you would start shopping at Krogers, then your next complaint was that Krogers poisoned you, and now its the great steak being rude to you. I work in retail and deal with people like you all the time. It seems to me that it may not be the people or products at the stores that have the issue. But maybe its you! Have you taken the time to see if youre ruining others day. Maybe it would be a good idea for you to start doing your shopping online that way you want have to deal with employees. And you could always get deliverly. YOU SHOULDNT BE IN PUBLIC. I've been waiting to see you say something about how Lynchburg General propably gave you the wrong medication! Come on dude... Chill Out
