Guardian Alarm Their stuff malfunctions then they lie Nationwide

Guardian Alarm is a RIP OFF! I came home on Sasturday Augest 27th. My Alarm tripped because I had a dog that needed attending and  did not make it to the box to put in my code. After going off for 10 minutes I realized no one called....I thought WTF?????  So I thought lets just see if any Police show up....NOPE!! In fact 11 hours later my friend pulled the box off the wall and threw it out the front door! THEN AN HOUR LATER I get a call..saying they were not revieving a signal...MY FIRST MISTAKE I told the guy the Alarm had been going off since 8PM (They would later try to tell me that they called my house at 8PM) At that point I just hung up. I got a new Alarm System the folling Monday. I also called Guardian and told them I was ending my service with them because their equipment failed to work.  I recieved a letter in the mail saying they REVIEWED my CONTRACT .....WTF????  and were not lettingg me out of my contract and lied saying a tecnition called my house....So where was the Sherif ?  Well they are lying they never got the signal! Now they are herrassing me daily with phone calls.  Need a home Alarm this is a bad choice!
