I placed an order with halocigs.com with USPS Priority shipping and received my order almost a full week later, not the 2-3 days that I paid for.  Customer service basically told me that tough, it happens and wouldn't refund my shipping.  They have been insulting and unwilling to do the right thing.  Do NOT do business with these people - they don't stand behind their own policies and will not issue ANY refunds regardless of fault.

If that doesn't sound like the rebuttal of a Halo employee I don't know what does.  The fact still remains that I paid overly inflated shipping fees for items that took much longer than they should have to arrive. After bringing it to their attention they basically said "get lost" so I did.  They get no more of my $$$.   Deal with that.

In defense of Halo eCig shipping

In defense of Halo ecigs, I would like to respond with the following:

 First, I am a customer of theirs, I don't work for them in any capacity.

 Second, I have had nothing but excellent and courteous service from all departments of that company.  

 You did not say what day and time you placed your order.  If it was on late Friday or on Saturday morning, Halo would still have to process your order for shipping and likely wouldn't get it to the Post Office till Monday.  The same as with most any company.  And depending on when it reached the Post Office, that would be what determines the beginning of the 2-3 day window.  

 Plus, let's not forget (which you apparently have), it is the Postal Service that claims their Priority Mail will arrive in 2-3 days, not Halo, and the Postal Service doesn't guarantee it, so how can Halo.

 I once had a package sent to me Priority Mail from Miami.  I received it (here in the Orlando) area 10 weeks later.  You should be thankful it only took you a week

 You wanted Priority Mail, so deal with it.
