The Hartford Financial Services Group AARP Auto Insurance Program Free Gift Duffel Bag offer Never Sent Hartford Connecticut

Received flyer for FREE DUFFEL BAG  Never recieved; Ordered June 2, 2021 (Marvin, licensed insurance agent) 3-5 weeks for delivery; Was sending manually due to no email at the time

Called back: July 13, 2021 (Amber, licensed Insurance Agent) wait another 8-10 weeks , Marvin mis-informed you. Gave email and was promised it will arrive; changed dates of travel due to waiting for package.

Called back  July 28, 2021 Still no duffel bag James; give until  august 13th. Never received. 

Aug 16th, 2021 Spoke with Allen; they immediately pulled up info from phone number. "give it another week; it comes through a 3rd party. ( I informed them I was interested in switching companies but if they can't even deliver a free gift why trust them with my personal info and bank account/Credit Card numbers)

recieved 5 flyers for same "free gift since June" funny how they advertise "The buck has your back" NO the buck bucks you in the back because they are scammers/frauds/ and liars! 

September 7: Called spoke with James (licensed agent) says they have a backlog. (since june???) Arranged my entire trip to wait for this non-delivered bag. Told James not switching company until I get the bag. I don't trust your company already!!! It went from 3-5 weeks delivery to 8-10!! What if I wait 10 weeks to send you a check???? 

Promising a free gift and not following up makes Hartford and AARP look really bad!!!!! I'm thinking about discontinuing my AARP service and calling Hartford daily or hourly until the bag arrives since I chose to cancel my trip waiting for it so it's not sitting on my porch letting people know I'm not home or getting stolen. SHAME on YOU!!! Hartford!!!
