I ordered pillows from this website in December 2011. I have received ONE customer service email since the order was placed, apologizing, saying the products will be delivered the first week in April. No follow-up email or shipping info ever came.

I have made multiple inquiries and tweeted this company. They are clearly not doing their jobs, as they never respond! It's a total Rip Off!
