Process and mail envelopes for their company and get paid x number of dollars per envelope.All postage and materials paid for. Send in start up fee and after you process 400 envelopes they will send you money back for start up fee plus money for the envelopes. Thats it. They don't send any materials to process. They keep your start up fee and go on to the next person. Stop these axxholes.

The address will likely be rented mailbox at UPS Store, you know, formerly Mailboxes, Etc.

The UPS Store knows or should know who rented that box. You can make a criminal complaint with the Virginia Beach Police and you can make a civil complaint against UPS to produce the information. I would think UPS Store may also be liable if it turns out they cannot produce identification for person that rented the mailbox.
