I was sold a broken product, and the company told me I had to pay shipping both ways in order to get a refund on the price of the product alone, even though they admitted it was broken. Not only did they sell me a broken product, now they are ripping me off $15 to have the thing travel around through the mail system.

I bought the product because there were 8 positive product reviews on their website -- no negative reviews! Come to find out, after I left a negative review on the site and it never showed up on the site, I realize there are probably hundreds of negative reviews that no one ever sees. Very misleading. Buyer beware.

I recieved an unsatisfactory piece of equipment and was promptly refunded in full. This is the America everyone wants to live in.
