I sent in 98 dollars to them. I got a book and a disk. I payed for paper and stamps and envelopes. I mailed out thousands of letters. I never made a ant money. I tried to call Hud and they could not be reached.

I kind of doubt you were doing any work for HUD. It was a scam but not by HUD. It could have been some other company. Why would the government have 'homeworkers' do their job, when they have entire departments to do it?
