Four months ago I purchased two 'Keepers' for my wife and daughter to try. The concept is neat--save the environment by not filling up landfills with used tampons--and the product seemed to be well made, however we only tried the product because of the 'three month try out period' with the '100% money back guarantee'.

After a month, my wife and daughter both decided the product was not for them--too uncomfortable to use--and I followed the return directions by mailing back the product to the 'The Keeper, Inc'.

After a month of not hearing anything, I followed up with with emails since the only phone number was for an answering service that 'only takes orders'. After several emails, I got a response saying that my emails would be forwarded to 'the credit department'. After another month and more emails from me with no reply back, I tried faxing to the fax number on their web site asking for a refund, or at least a phone number to the 'credit department'.

Finally I sent an email saying that if I didn't hear back, I was going to have to go online and post asking for help wherever I could get it.
