I was hesitiant about moving forward initially and all of this is documented. Cheryl reasured me by providing satisfied customer numbers and emails that have worked with them in the past. I contacted them all and they had good things to say and the overall Idea made sense for me to increase my business by having a call center make outbound calls and book potential lisitng appointments. After 6 months per the contract a refund should be issued, now they refuse to respond.
