I PURCHASED A NINTENDO DSI 12/13/10 WITH A PROMISED DELIVERY BY CHRISTMAS.  TODAY IS 1/15/10 NO ITEM, NO RETURN EMAIL OR CALL, NO REFUND.  I WILL TRY TO DISPUTE THROUGH CREDIT CARD BUT IM AFRAID IT MAY BE TOO LATE.
