The Mercury News, Mercury News TV Week, Sunday Select, Bay Area News Group subscribed my wife's without her consent and now bill us for a recurring subscription that's impossible to cancel. San Jose CA California

These newspapers started appearing under our door since May 2018. My wife does NOT recognize the initial subscription or purchase. The terms posted on the website state that all subscriptions are recurring and all extra items are included unless explicitly opted out. The only cancellation option available is the "customer support" phone number that does not respond. They have so far charged us three times and they are keeping sending us bills. That's just incredibly annoying.
