I recieved a paper but have lost it due to all the paperwork on my desk from finals week. It was a class action lawsuit against TMS for not paying overtime that is due to it's employees. He would make us work sometimes up to 60 hrs a week and we would only get paid for 40. I want to join in on this lawsuit but forgot which firm it was with or even how to find out. I was hoping someone on here could help me.
