 Mr. Muller's rate is $600 an hour, he bills for most staff level tasks and work at his higher rate, no matter who did the work. Read his retention agreement carefully, he charges $500 to open your file and another $500 to close it. The agreement opts out of all alternate dispute resolution process over fees. He over extends himself with too many cases and ignored my case for extended periods multiple times. The quality of paperwork is unacceptable. He doesn't do written work promised. His spiel is so smooth, he could be a used car salesman.
