I placed an order with The Nature Company, but never received the item. They would not respond to my e-mails asking if the item had been shipped out. I would have had no problem with a delay in shipping if they had communicated with me, but I received no communication on shipping whatsoever. It seems to me that this business takes your money and then totally ignores you. After 3 weeks of waiting, I had no choice but to begin the process of getting my money back by filing a dispute with PayPal. Shoppers beware of The Nature Company.
