I have been overcharge 2 times from this fraud company. Movie rentals are $1.06 including tax. The first movie I rented (Superbad), I returned the next day. I was charged $2.12, but didn't realize until I checked my bank statement today. I also rented Live Free or Die Hard, and when I went to return the movie, the Kiosk said "Temporarily Out of Service".
The machine said to call customer service. I called, and they told me to drop it off in the black box and someone will be there shortly to resolve the problem. Well today I check my statement and I was charged $37.10!
Now I am in the process of disputing the charges with my bank.
The company is a rip-off! It's fraud. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this "too good to be true" company known as MovieCube/The New Release.
