I asked for the free weeks trial. I was sent an entire months worth without being asked. I was also billed for this month.

I called the company and was told I would receive a refund. I was then sent another months worth. I returned both supplies and have called twice only to be told I would get a refund.

I have the date, time, and name of the person who signed for the package.I still do not have the refund!
