 This customer ordered on a friday, and i didnt get the order until sunday. Once i got it, it went out immediately. My website is having issues, they have been contacted. There is no way $6 can cover an overnight shipping fee! Thats what this customer paid. When they called me i was very courteous , but yes, my kids were in the background.....i was working in my home at the time of the call, and i have very young children. However, they left the room once i asked them to, so the noise from them was only an issue in the beginning of the conversation. I did say i would refund the shipping since the order wasnt shipped as fast as they wanted, to be honest, i just forgot to do it as ive been dealing with sick kids while prepping for a stamp show.
