The Perfecter Fusion InStyler Sent Product Back Company Refuses Refund Wallingford Connecticut

Ordered the Perfecter Fusion Instyler through an infomercial in January 2014. I really did not feel it replaced any of the products I already owned and for the price, I decided to send it back.
I called them and received an RA# and sent the product back with all the additional items originally issued (hair brush & 3 hair clips) via UPS to the Wallingford, CT address issued.
Waited for several weeks to receive my refund, called 5 different times to receive the same answer over and over again "the refund will be issued in 3 to 4 business days...sorry for the delay".
To present I have not received my refund but yet they did confirm they received my order.
