The Ranch at Star Pass Homestead U, Northpointe Broke into my apartment mulitple times and stole thing, DIdnt follow their lease promises that were in writing Tucson Arizona
*UPDATE Employee: Homestead U has an open door policy for all resident complaints and works to resolve them in a timely manner
This complex promises things in writing and then never fullfills them. Example lease states you will recieve covered parking and then you never get it.Lease states noise control however partys and loud mtorcycle noise at all hours . They say there is security however you will never see any officers and there are alot of break ins and partys. They also enter apartments with no notice aprox once per month and then steal from you so you spend alot of time filing police reports.

#1 UPDATE Employee
Homestead U has an open door policy for all resident complaints and works to resolve them in a timely manner
AUTHOR: Homestead U - ()
SUBMITTED: Monday, June 30, 2014
I am the Vice President of Operations for Homestead U and would like to respond to the appaling claims made in this report. While it is impossible to make every resident happy, we do our best to resolve all resident complaints as soon as possible at both of our properties in Tucson Arizona. However, there is no apartment complex that can claim zero incidents when you have hundreds of residents from all walks of life co-existing. As for allegations that someone has broken into your home and stolen things, that we take very seriously and do get the authorities involved in immediately. Much like you purchase insurance for your automobile, we recommend renter's insurance to all of our residents for unfortunate events like theft, flood, or fire. As management we cannot be all places at all times, so this provides peace of mind. In the event that our employees are involved, such as this alleges, our policy is immediate termination and removal from our premises, and the filing of a police report on our end as well. If you would like to further discuss your concerns please email us at feedback@homestead-u.com
