Here's what most likely happened with this anonymous "victim". Based upon the date and time that this complaint was posted I'm pretty sure that it was caused by some staffing issues on our end. We have since resolved this issue.

We attempted to hand off a portion of our customer service responsibilities to someone we hired in order to free up our time so that we could focus more of our efforts to help members of our organization.

The long and short of it is that it didn't work out and so we made adjustments to correct the problem immediately. We have also made every effort to resolve all issues related to this.

The Real Estate Arena is owned and operated by real people. We strive towards excellence in all that we do. Just like most people, we make mistakes. We also have good days and bad days. When we make mistakes, we take action to correct them as soon as we are aware that the problem exists. This is as much as anyone can expect.

To the anonomous victim: Since you signed up for a mentoring program with The Real Estate Arena, here's some parting advice:

Refrain from opening yourself up to being liable for making statements against individuals unless you have plans to settle them through legal processes.

Consumer advocacy services can be great; but they can also be misused to create controversy, spread mis-information, half truths, and outright lies.

This number never has an unavailable or full mailbox. It actually rings directly to myself, and has for the last several years.

To say we rip individuals off is nothing short of rediculous. I suggest inputing my name into Google and see the results you get.
