I purchased the Thomas Webb Variety Hour DVD in November of 2008. Mr. Webb constantly told me that the DVD was on the way. In February of 2009 Mr. Webb said that because it has taken so long that he may personally hand deliver the DVD. It has now March and once again there is no DVD. I know that no one has received their product, because Mr. Webb has informed me of this verbally. Please do not be scammed by the Thomas Webb Ripoff project.

This has already been handled...and this person received her DVD. She has made complaints on other companies as well. The ReMain Company is a respectable company and has never had a complaint. And furthermore, this report never contacted the company to see if anything to the complaint was true. What's with that?
