I ordered the curling iron they advertised on Facebook. I received an email stating due to the high demand for the product the shipment was delayed. They said to contact them to cancel the order. I did this and was told I should receive my refund in 7 to 15 days. this never happened. They are no longer responding to my email requests for an update regarding my refund.
