FIRSTLY and formost, i LOVE this company, our owners are amazing people who really care about thier employees and thier customers. They not only treat me with respect, but we have policies to protect us from people like you and thier unlawful accusations.

SECONDLY we have TWO STATIONARY offices, one located in California and one in Coppell Texas. There is no way that we "pick up and leave" that is rediculous. Do you know how much money it would cost us to move a multi-million dollar company on a regular basis. Yes, we are a call center, but YOUR KIDS check off the interest. WE DONT GET YOUR NUMBER THROUGH THE PHONE BOOK!

LASTLY We follow specific guidelines and policies, and do NOTHING wrong. There have been multiple people on this website SLANDERING our good name, and that's ILLEGAL. We can PROSECTUE you for slandering us. The people on this site are people who DIDN'T read the INCLUDED literature and didn't fallow the rules we set up for them. NOW they are angry because we did our part THEY DIDN'T DO THIERS!

Check out the Dallas area Better Business Bureau report at the below listed url for The SAT and ACT Prep Center in Coppell TX. The managment keeps spewing their replies on various web sites (go ahead and Google them up), but I have to wonder why they do not reply to the Dallas Better Business Bureau? I also wonder where they get the phone nubmers and information on the students taking the test. I checked with our childs counselor at the high school and at no time have they released this information. I am also wondering is the SAT and/or ACT is selling this info to these people? We have a registered do-not-call phone numer...so where did this company get our childs information?????????????? This whole situation is not satisfactory and I would like some kind of reply from these people as to where they got our childs information. They cut my phone call off today when I told them I was going to pursue the matter with my credit card company before I could ask them to inform me as to where they got tis information. I wonder what they will do when I contact the Attorney General of Ohio? I wonder if there may be some Federal issue with them using the phone for this scam? $119.99 for a 10 buck product with no chance to return if opened? What a bunch of hooey! When I contacted the attorney's office, I was informed that this company somehow purchases STUDENTS INFORMATION, sells parents the overpriced/outdated material, then packs up and moves to another city and state under a different name. These animals need to be stopped. I am glad that this site helps to expose businesses that exploit the consumer for thier own profit and gain.
