The Signal Holdings Cell Phone Insurers This Company will not cover my insured motorola razr, claims the phone was not covered York Pennsylvania

My motorola razr was damaged and was insured through The Signal at the time the damage occurred, US Cellular has even verified that the cell phone was indeed covered at the time the damage occurred. The Signal refuses to replace the phone because their representative entered the wrong date for the incident date.

The Signal even recognizes that due to what appears to be mass confusion at the time the claim was made that their representative was in the wrong, but still will not replace the phone, claiming that once the representative enters the date wrong or right it is locked in their system and cannot be changed.

Also, when you call The Signal it states that telephone calls will be recorded for training purposes. I have begged them to retrieve the original phone call which was today and listen so I can prove it was their error not mine. Their reply is no, we cannot do that, even if our representative was in the wrong the date cannot be changed.

This insurance company rips people off everyday. I have received phones from them before on other insurance claims and the phones you get are refurbished instead of new, which should not be allowed either, usually junk is what you get for a replacement phone after paying monthly for insurance through US Cellular.
