This company performed at my best friend's wedding - Although everything started ok and the surprise was good,the performance degenerated into a kareoke style show which really was not in keeping with the class of the wedding.

Furthermore,the lead male "singer" continously pestered and "letched" over the other bridesmaids and girls attending the wedding.This upset a lot of the boyfriends and other females at the event.This was completely unprofessional.The performance ruined the wedding breakfast and my best friend is uoset to this very day.

The company claim to offer a money back guarantee if not satisfied but have refused to answer my friends telephoine calls and emails.

We (The Singing Waiter Masters) still await any response via phone or email in offering to discuss further Simone's alleged dissatisfaction at one of our performances.

From thorough online investigation and reading other online bullying comments written about us, we can only surmise that Simone's post was Is in fact an attempt by a competitor to try and slander and destroy the excellent reputation and customer service that we and our artists pride ourselves on providing to all of our clients.

I would also like to suggest to Ripoffreport.com to please try and vet allegations before posting them.The majorty are fake. From a lot of the posts We've read on here about other individuals and companies it seems it's just an easy way and place for envious competitors to make up false allegations to try and destroy innocent companies like ours online.

Dear Simone,

We are incredibly disappointed to read your report as we take any feedback about our performances very seriously. As such, we did not receive any of the telephone calls or emails you refer to as we regularly and promptly reply to all feedback we receive from clients. We pride ourselves on utter professionalism and are offended to read such a report that suggests that any of our professional singers would behave in such a matter. We personally attend every performance and can vouch that no such incident has taken place by any performer within our company. We would be happy to discuss this matter further if you would like to contact us.
