The Smart Circle (thru the Ivins Group in Pittsburgh) sold me a Spa card for $49.99 that could be redeemed through August 15. When I called at the beginning of August to make an appointment, the Spa told me that Smart Circle did not have their authorization to sell the card with that expiration date. The Spa will not honor the card and referred me to Smart Circle.

I have talked with reps twice and received several emails. They want me to choose another one of their fine offers, but I've told them there is nothing that I want but my money back.

Now they've stopped answering my emails.
