the sportsmans guide joined club for $29.99 to get a "special" price on ammunition. After 1 year they still did not deliver the merchandise. Then refused to refund my $29.99!! st paul , Minnesota

I signed up for THE SPORTSMANS GUIDE  "buyers club" for $29.99 which entitled me to a discount on merchandise.  I ordered ammunition for a .380 handgun.  They were unable to fill my order in 1 years time.  When my membership expired after the year and I still had not received my merchandise, I asked for a refund.  As they were not able to deliver my merchandise I assumed this would be a no brainer.  I was surprised to find they would not refund my $29.99!!!  The only reason I signed up for their club was to get the "special" price they advertised!!!  If they were unable to deliver I can understand, but I feel the least they could do is refund the $29.99!  I will not do business with this company again and am telling any one who will listen.  I can not believe how rediculous their customer service is!  I would advise anyone from doing business with any company that has ethics like that!!!
