66 dollars wasted, hung up on once, was told they would do it right but it was 2 weeks after the order that should have arrived by Christmas. And in the end they blew me off the second time and did not send the corrected order. They did not know who had placed the order( used poor order service). How it happened I do not know, but they used the right credit card with the wrong name on the card. Still managed to get the $66 though so they are definitely a RIPOFF!
