Received a quote for flooring and back splash totaling over 4K. Told sales rep price for floor higher than what I wanted to spend so decided to purchase only backsplash. Was promised this delivery on 7/27. Order never appeared. No call, no apologies. I was then promised delivery for 7/30 Sales man came in his own car but left wrong tile. I called again on 8/1 was promised delivery and replacement by 8/3. Again no show, no call! Visited show room same day was repromised delivery on 8/4. Still no call / no show.
