I can not undertake to lay my,fingers on an Article in the US Constitution which granted a Right to Congress or any other Governmental Bodies expanding the monies of the American People, Unconstitutionally the way it's done... To lay with one hand the power of the government on the properties of the American People, and with the other bestow it upon favourite or special individuals to aid private enterprises and build up private fortunes is none the less a robbery; because it is done under the form of law and it is calked Taxation. A "Tax", says Webster's Dictionary is a rate or sum of money assessed on a person or property of a citizen by government for the use of the nation or state. "Taxes are burdens or charges imposed by legislatures upon persons or property to raise money for public purpose". For the Laying of Taxes is the Power, and the Genersl Welfare of The American Citizens, is the Purpose for which the Power is to be Exercised. Public Servants are not to lay taxes Ad Libitum, for any purpose they please; but only to pay the debts or provide for the welfare of American Citizens Evenly, and not The private sector.
