Hello, my name is Desiree Eisenbarth.
We recently let go a tattoo artist for his unprofessional behavior and he has sought out to try to destroy our reputation. First this is not a "Consumer Report" it is merely a civil issue between a shop owner and an artist that just could not get along with the rest of the shop and was asked to leave.

In his report he falsely accused me of not having sterilization equipment. I do not need the equipment at this point because all the artists use disposable items while they are tattooing. I will list the Riverside County Inspectors info at the end of this letter for you to confirm.

I am not under investigation for disability insurance fraud, that is also untrue. I am at the end of my claim and can choose to be retrained for another job or start my own business and that is what I have done.

I have not committed any law violations. I have never employed a person. Everyone in this shop is either Private Contractors or are Interns learning the business. I have documentation to prove this.

All tattoo artist have and have had their licenses/permits for this shop form the Riverside County Health Department. Please come in and see, they are hanging on the wall at each artists station. The shop also has a permit to operate, again please come in a view the documentation. Questions: call David Day Riverside County Health Inspector. His phone number is listed below.

We do not have multiple complaints with the city nor the health department. We would like to see documentation of this. The only complaints that may have gone through these two entities are these malicious false allegations from Sheldon Noah / (Unidentified person) At this point this is the first of this we have heard of this.

Please remove this listing from the blog for the allegations are false and I do have documentation to prove this and I am ready to produce such documents.

Dear Friends,

As you may know, we recently brought a person in our Tattoo shop by the name of Sheldon Noah. He has been asked to leave our shop because of his poor attitude, his bashing of local tattoo shops and artists, taking money out of the drawer without asking, helping himself to a loan from the drawer without asking. Argued with the owner of the shop in front of customers and telling the owner how to run their shop. It is also our opinion that the some pieces in his portfloio are not his, we believe it is too inconsistent. He claims he is the original tattooer in the shop but he only tattooed two people (a couple) which were his friends! He also claims that he was the manager of the shop. We had two artists at that time so why would we need a manager? To manage one artist and manage himself? He has also blogged about us not using sterilization equipment. Well we all use disposables! David Day our Riverside County Health Inspector inspected our shop the day after Sheldon left and gave us high marks. Everything he is claiming is false. He is also spamming all of our friends to bash us.
All this is coming from a mediocre tattoo artist that works out of his house and did not have a license until he used our shop to get it. We at The Velvet Vault do not tolerate such behavior or drama from artists or from anyone. Sheldon is the one that threatened to take his things and leave and well, we let him!

Sheldon, you are acting like a little girl who got her panties pulled down in front of the whole school yard. You should realize that people are not laughing at you because your panties are down, they are laughing at you because you are still standing there crying and throwing fits. Pull up your panties, concentrate on finding a shop that will take you and support your child. You are only hurting yourself in this industry.

Friends, we apologize this person has spammed you. Please report him to Myspace if you choose. We are not vindictive people, we are merely defending ourselves.

The owner of this shop owes me $6000.00 and refuses to pay a dime. She is now being sued in court by two seperate individuals.
