The Weld House refused to refund deposit after selling my "custom" media table to another client. Dallas, Texas

The Weld House in Dallas, Texas manufactures steel furniture out of reclaimed automobile sheet metal. I contacted the owner, Joel Hester, in April, 2010 and commissioned a custom media table. In the search box enter "the weld house." In the next screen click on "Search Business and Charity Reports by Name." Enter "the weld house" and click search. Click "view report."

The company was given a "C" rating and is not a member of the Dallas, Texas Better Business Bureau. That should speak volumes! The owner initially agreed to refund my deposit. I wait a week and no refund. I contact him and he says it's in the mail. No joke, "It's in the mail." Another week passes an no refund. This game continued for four weeks. I contacted the Dallas, Texas BBB and asked for assistance. He refused to refund the deposit. If Ripoff Report can help me obtain a refund, great. If not I hope anybody considering doing business with the Weld House in Dallas, Texas will think twice.
