My company was contacted to provide contracting services to Lowes INC for the repair of foreclosed bank owned homes. The work would be thru Lowes with all materials provided by Lowes. We were promised that work ordwers would start arriving within 10 days of receipt of my background check and payment for the check and start up service. Nothing was received and we were unable to contact the Worksource by email or phone. We feel this is nothing bet a scan and have informed the credit card company of such.
