The Yard Guy Criss Hahn Unprofessional and misleading - unwilling to take responsibility for poor performance - will not refund excessive fees Lacey Washington

Not long ago Criss contracted to perform landscaping work for me. He asked for payment upfront and when I contacted him to see if he would complete the work we had agreed upon, he did not respond to my phone or email inquiries for several weeks. When I told him that I intended to publicize his poor performance and unprofessional service on the internet (theyardguy.wordpress.com/about/) he finally replied (copies of our corresponsdence is on the website). When I pointed out that I paid him for 2 days of work, but he left after 4 hours, he said I should be happy he was so efficient and had no reason the expect a refund. When I pointed out that he did not do everything he promissed (and damaged my house in the process of using heavy equipment), he said I had no recourse since I had paid upfront and signed off (before I fully realized the damage he created and the poor quality of his work).
