Purchased tickets on 11/21/16 through Theatreland America for my daughter for Christmas ...received an email confirmation that tickets would arrive via email on or before Dec 23, 2016. Today is Dec 26 and I still do not have the tickets. The event is Dec 30 in a city 6 hour drive away...whenever I call to check on the status, I get a run around and no information at all. They say I will get the tickets in time for the event but this is Not what I was told at the time of purchase...I fear I have been scammed $350 for tickets.
