The only truth to this false and malicious report is that Designer Closeout Club (DCC) did not scam this complaintant. DCC is a 100% legit company. The address posted on the company's website is the company's corporate mailing address. DCC does not post any of its warehouses addresses for obvious security reasons. DCC never mis-represented this fact!

This complainant called several times a day asking questions and wanted to place an order. DCC offered several payment methods, but the complainant demanded COD. However, DCC does not accept COD. When told this, the complainant got very angry, unreasonable, and began calling DCC a scam.

DCC has accepted COD in the past, but recently received a fraudulent 5/3 cashiers check. Consequently, all of the merchandise that was sent out was a complete loss. After this experience, DCC stopped using COD. However, DCC does offer several payment methods to suit our customers needs. The most widely used by new customer's is GOOGLE CHECKOUT, which is a secure payment method, very much like paypal.

DCC has not had ANY previous complaints against the company and is very proud of its fast and reliable customer service. Every customer should feel safe and secure while making purchases. Therefore, DCC wants every customer to know that secure payments methods and strong business references are always available upon request.
