On 22 OCT 2019, I ordered a DVD (Power Monkeys) from www.thedvdonline.com, I paid for the purchase and then I received a confirmation that my purcahse was successful. On 24 OCT 2019, I recevied an email stating that my DVD had shipped, provided a shipping number and stated that mt package would arrived in 8 - 15 days. S
o I waited 3 weeks and received no DVD. I went to the website and send an email via the customer support website link asking where my DVD was. After a week a received no response, I replied to the email that I received on 24 OCT 2019, then I sent another email including the email address given via the website and I have not received a response from the company or my DVD.
