They offer you a "free" 7 day trial to get grants via the Internet, you send them $1.98 for a CD that never comes, later a bogus charge for $69.95 appears on your account. When you call the toll free number, you are told a supervisor will call you to discuss your refund. The supervisor never calls you. When you ask for the supervisor's name they give you one. When you call back a week later, that same supervisor no longer works there, nor does the customer service representative you spoke to the first time. When you ask for the owner of the business, the customer service representative does not know his or her name. This is a total rip-off, DO NOT get ripped off by this one!
