I purchased the hotelcard in June who give USD 100.00 off when book with Hotel. I have been asking for the refund since July but everytime thehotelcard.com/Jeff advised the check will be process within a week. Till Octorber, still no sign of refund. I have called the 1-888# but no one ever answer the phone which I left message & still no feedback.
