Themeisle Putting out themes for download that are broken. Say they have support but do not reply to any inquiries. Internet

In all forums people comment no support yet presenting themes to download with broken parts. Wasted time loading a theme. They say they have great support. NO replies to several inquiries. I posted on facebook and they instantly erased the post and blocked me. They need to be taken down. Frauds.

I did some research before answering and looks like there is no banned person named Anon on our Facebook page, there is no customer Anon from Texas and our forums are closed for support since more than 1 month, we are using themeisle.com/contact/.
