I ordered multiple clothing items online from this website in early November. This website was advertised on Facebook. I did not recieve an order number upon purchase, which automatically sent up a red flag. I have gone back to the website numerous times and there is an option to contact them through email, but there is no email listed.
It's powered through Shopify and I contacted them as well. I was informed that the website was not "Complete". I was given a support email for Simplefix-goods.com. I sent them an email 3 days ago and I have not received an email reply. It has been almost 2 months and I have not received any of the items I ordered. I would like any information you can give me on how to take appropriate action. Thank You!
