THESE SCUMBAGS.. I have been yelling at for 3 weeks for a refund. EVERYTIME I CALL THEY EITHER HANG UP, CONNECT ME TO A WRONG LINE, OR ACT LIKE I AM NOT SPEAKING THEIR LANGUAGE. THEY do NOT understand english well. Scammed me for $365 which was supposed to be a 1,100 service.

I have called Albert in billing about 20 times today. 404-806-8141. Yuri Spencer at Theous gave his number. Sometimes Fabi(female) answers, who refuses to give her last name. She will lie to you and say either that Albert is not here, or has stepped out.. etc. etc..
I demanded to know Albert's last name and she refused. I then asked about the company "DC Financial" which it says you reach when the answering machine plays. I wondered why the company is on an Atlanta-based cellphone, but located here in L.A. she refused to give details. She should not say what the company does and refuesed to answer the phone number question. She would not give me any address or contact information for the business.
I have spoke to albert multiple times and he tells me to email him the details about why i want a reund, so he can contact the billing department, But from my understanding he is THE only billing guy. Well I sent he three emails about why I want a refund --NO RESPONSE.. He tells me i must have sent it to the wrong address. NOPE!! albert@theous.com times 3!
Oh man.ANY LOCAL OR NATIONAL MEDIA INTERESTED IN COVERING THESE CRIMINALS.. PLEASE CONTACT ME.. lets get em!
