Non-existant customer service, they do not stand behind what they sell.  They won't even answer customer service inquiries, whether made via their site or phone.  I thought I had found a new source for printers, but what good is a one year warranty if you can't contact them when something goes wrong?

After sending multiple emails, and then even calling them (and leaving a voicemail since they didn't answer, during business hours) I finally gave up and decided to take my business back to my previous, more expensive, but also more reliable printer source.
