Ordered $300 product in September 2011, credit card charged, told item was on back order for a few weeks. Had to ask for an update a month later, 10 days later they responded saying it would be one more week. Have not heard anything since despite multiple emails and phone calls asking for status update and eventually for a refund. It's been well over 3 months and they still have not provided a response, much less a refund.

This site is a scam.
